we've all heard about the ruchika case in d news. a police officer of high ranks molested a 14 year old gal and has been walkin free all these years, d gal committed a suicide owing to much harrassment and depression. she was even expelled from her school for no reason.her brother was framed in false cases and tortured and beaten up.it is said that Mr .Rathore,the molestor had much influence with top officials and politicians that he was never chargesheeted.its a shame that it took 14 years to get him to the hands of law and the greatest joke is dat the court recently announced his imprisonment 4 a mere six months and a fine of rs 10,000.its a mockery of our judicial system.the man is not only guilty of molestation,but also d serious offence of drivin d gal 2 suicide, threatening cbi officials who tuk up d case , torturing her brother.just imagine the condition of the family of the victim.and then Mr.Rathore gets anticipatory bail after committing such a heinous crime.he must get maximum punishment at the earliest.Ruchika and her family must get justice. the law is equal for everyone.juz b'coz one happens 2 be rich nd hs lot f inflence he cannot evade the law and should face the consequences 4 his crime.if not our democracy, judiciary everything will be a failure, a thing of mockery 2 fool people.
